These 3 approaches are examples of how we work with our resellers and their clients. In some circumstances the process with a reseller may be a combination of the below.

Reseller Pays - Inology Liaises with Client
This approach is best suited when the reseller packages the website with other products they provide to the client. For example, marketing agency may do a full branding package for their client and the website is only one part of it.
- Reseller gathers requirements from client
- Reseller calculates price for client using Inology's Website Package Calculator
- Reseller creates and sends proposal to client
- Client accepts proposal
- Reseller creates and sends retail invoice for deposit (suggest 50%) to client
- Client pays reseller for retail deposit
- Reseller places order with Inology via Inology's Website Package Calculator
- Inology creates and sends wholesale invoice for deposit (50% or 100% if total under $1,000) to reseller
- Reseller pays Inology for wholesale deposit
- Inology starts the website creation process and liaises with client to complete website to specifications, through step by step emails (the order can variate):
- Inology sends the "Website Creation Process" email to the client
- Inology sends the "Requesting Information for Website Management" email to the client
- Client sends the required information to Inology
- Inology sends the "Requesting Information For eCommerce Website Setup" email to the client if applicable
- Client sends the required information to Inology
- Inology sends the "Website Content Layout" email to the client
- Client supplies their website content to Inology
- Inology sets up the domain(s) and hosting and sends the "Website / Email Hosting Management" email to the client
- Client phones Inology for help in setting up emails if required
- Inology sends website specifications to graphic designer
- Graphic designer creates the design draft and sends to Inology
- Inology sends the "Website Design Sign-Off" email with design draft to the client
- Inology liaises with client and graphic designer to make any requested changes to the design
- Client signs off on the final design
- Inology informs graphic designer signed off
- Graphic designer slices design and sends to Inology
- Inology builds the website and sends the "Website Review" email to the client
- Client requests changes and/or signs off on website build
- Inology completes requested changes and sends the "Your Website is Built!" email to the client
- Inology creates and sends wholesale invoice for balance to the reseller

Renewals and Add Ons
Renewals are for website/email hosting including website management tools support/upgrades. Add ons are additional products/services provided by Inology at the request of the reseller or client (if reseller permits otherwise client directed back to reseller).
Either approach below can be taken for renewals and add ons, no matter which approach was taken the website creation process.
Reseller Pays Approach
- Inology creates and sends wholesale invoice to reseller
- Reseller creates and sends retail invoice to client
- Client pays reseller
- Reseller pays Inology
Client Pays Approach
- Inology creates and sends retail invoice to client with CC to reseller
- Reseller creates and sends invoice for commission to Inology
- Client pays Inology
- Inology pays reseller for commission
